FAQs

What should my child bring each day?

We recommend sending your child with:

  • A water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Closed-toe shoes suitable for walking/hiking
  • Sunscreen & bug spray (applied before arrival is helpful!)

You’ll receive a more detailed packing list closer to camp.

Will snacks be provided?

Please send your child with a small  snack each day.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Camp is primarily outdoors, and we plan to be outside as much as possible. In the case of severe weather, we will adjust activities as needed and communicate any changes with families.

Can parents stay during camp?

Camp is designed as a drop-off program to help children build independence and connect with peers. If your child has specific needs, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to work with families.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellations made by June 1st  will receive a 50% refund. After that, refunds may not be available due to planning and supply costs.

How will I receive updates or communication?

We’ll communicate with families via email leading up to camp and throughout the week with any important updates.
